Hr. Er. F.P. Thekkanathpandaravalappil, graduated from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, specialising in thermodynamics. Further, underwent advanced training in thermal processing and extraction of herbs as per Ayurvedic texts under Dr. P. Kuttan Ezhuth Achan, an Ayurveda physician. Dr. Ezhuth Achan was trained under Dr. P.S. Varior, founder of Kottakkal Arya Vaidaya Sala. Dr. Achan was the personal physician of Shri. V.V. Giri, former President of India, for 14 years. The method of analysis and fractionation including HPLC assessment were introduced from bio-chemistry.
